Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our bike service center team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of motorcycles, be able to explain servicing procedures clearly to customers, and provide excellent customer service and technical support. Freshers with a passion for bikes and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their service needs related to their bikes.

Explain service procedures, repair needs, and maintenance schedules to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.

Schedule servicing appointments and manage the daily service workflow efficiently.

Liaise between customers and the workshop to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of services.

Provide technical support and answer customer queries related to bike servicing and repairs.

Maintain accurate records of service jobs, customer details, and service history.

Follow up with customers on service completion and post-service satisfaction.

Support the service team in managing spare parts and service inventory.

Promote additional services or products when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:

Basic knowledge of motorcycles and their servicing requirements.

Prior experience as a service advisor or in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Freshers with relevant interest and aptitude are welcome to apply.
