Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation of Home Elevators
-
Assist in the installation of elevator systems at residential sites according to technical specifications and safety guidelines.

Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to ensure timely and accurate installation.

Test elevator systems after installation to verify proper functioning.
2. Maintenance and Routine Service
-
Conduct periodic maintenance and servicing of home elevators to ensure smooth operation and prevent breakdowns.

Perform inspections, lubrication, safety checks, and system calibrations.

Replace worn or faulty parts as necessary.
3. Troubleshooting and Repairs
-
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in elevator systems.

Repair or replace defective components such as motors, controllers, sensors, and wiring.

Respond to customer service calls promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
4. Customer Interaction
-
Communicate professionally with customers during service visits.

Explain technical issues and maintenance procedures clearly.

Provide advice on safe elevator usage and report any operational concerns.
5. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts replaced, and customer feedback.

Report recurring problems or major faults to the service manager for further action.

Follow company protocols for documentation and safety compliance.
