Job Designation: Service Area Manager
Job Role: Service Processor, Service Dispatcher
Roles and responsibilities:
- Maintaining vendor relationship to ensure timely closures of service and maintenance issues.
- Maintaining Service and maintenance issues raised by customers on a daily basis and ensuring necessary solutions provided for them by associates
- Maintaining master data of vendors, work trackers, and productivity data
- Assigning vendors to resolve the issues executive notices at the time of move-in / move out process.
- Managing customer deductions at the time of move out and supporting finance to process
- financial settlement in a smoother manner.
- Managing for a smoother process of vendor payment.
- Should be capable enough to handle changes in policies or new technologies.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Eligibility & Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma/Graduate in any discipline
- 0 – 2 years of experience in Customer Service / Operations
- Strong call handling skills and listening skill
- High on customer orientation and empathy. .
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiency.
- Excellent communication skill English & Hindi (Written/Verbal).
- Any Local language will be an add-on.
