Job description

Greeting customers as they arrive and making them feel welcome.
Directing customers to their seats
Answering questions about the menu, and making note of special requests, if required.
Communicating food and drink orders to the kitchen staff.
Assembling and packaging takeaway orders.
Maintaining cleanliness standards by keeping the counters, tableware, and utensils clean.
Presenting customers with the bill and processing payments.
Complying with company policies.

Greet and assist customers with inquiries, requests, or concerns.
Provide product/service information and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
Handle customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized support.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

Collaborate with other departments (sales, technical support, operations, etc.) to improve service efficiency.
Assist in service promotions, customer engagement programs, and loyalty initiatives.
Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and service activities.
