  • Establish alignment across work streams which have direct upstream or downstream link to his/her primary work stream
  • People Management: Conflict management, internal assessments, leave planning (adherence to banks guidelines), Contain attrition and Mentoring
  • Regular performance review. Highlight to immediate Line Manager of any potential issues.
  • Deeply understand Banking industry Or thorough knowledge of KPO

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in HR Service center operations in large matrixed organizations along with experience in working with multiple clients/processes in fast paced/3rd party BPO environment would be preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, A Green Belt/Black Belt will be an added advantage
  • Outstanding analytical problem solving skills approach to collate data, draw inference and present with recommendations along with action plan, as well as proven experience in improvement and/or automation of processes
  • Open to working in all shifts as well work in a fast paced environment
  • Outstanding feedback skills, Should have improved a team of 20+ people, and understand dynamics of people management & development
  • Ability to plan and organize, can perform analysis of performance data, find opportunities for improvement and demonstrate impact over time
  • Able to logically prioritize tasks and work schedules in advance
  • Ensures processes and control are aligned to established procedure (SOP's), protocols
  • Can build and maintain positive working relationships with senior partners across regions, ability to work across cultures
  • Proficiency of basic business vocabulary/HR glossary
  • Able to suggest potential improvements in productivity/efficiency in processes
  • Preventive than reactive, Solution oriented
  • Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also delivering on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
