Service coordinator Job in GeoEdge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. at Coimbatore

Responsibilities :

• Planning, Reviewing and Allocation of tasks to Support / Service Engineers.
  
• Proactively Co-ordinate, Troubleshoot (including field, as required), Resolve issues of Telematic Stations /      Equipment.
• Handling business related communication / followup.

Requirements:

• Having 1 - 3 yrs of experience in electronic product service and support, which includes interaction and co-ordination with various internal departments.
• Qualification : Any Graduate / Dilpoma
• Should be Assertive and should have strong Leadership Skills
• Should have good Public Relation Skills.
• Exposed to Process & Systems.
• Should be capable of working under pressure
• Knowing kannada (to Speak) is an added advantage
• Sound Knowledge in MS Excel.
