Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Planning, Reviewing and Allocation of tasks to Support / Service Engineers.
- Proactively Co-ordinate, Troubleshoot (including field, as required), Resolve issues of Telematic Stations / Equipment.
- Handling business related communication / followup.
Requirements:
- Having 1 - 3 yrs of experience in electronic product service and support, which includes interaction and co-ordination with various internal departments.
- Qualification : Any Graduate / Dilpoma
- Should be Assertive and should have strong Leadership Skills
- Should have good Public Relation Skills.
- Exposed to Process & Systems.
- Should be capable of working under pressure
- Knowing kannada (to Speak) is an added advantage
- Sound Knowledge in MS Excel.
