Job Description

Responsibilities :

Planning, Reviewing and Allocation of tasks to Support / Service Engineers.
Proactively Co-ordinate, Troubleshoot (including field, as required), Resolve issues of Telematic Stations / Equipment.
Handling business related communication / followup.

Requirements:

Having 1 - 3 yrs of experience in electronic product service and support, which includes interaction and co-ordination with various internal departments.
Qualification : Any Graduate / Dilpoma
Should be Assertive and should have strong Leadership Skills
Should have good Public Relation Skills.
Exposed to Process & Systems.
Should be capable of working under pressure
Knowing kannada (to Speak) is an added advantage
Sound Knowledge in MS Excel.
