Job Description
Qualification: Any degree.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales coordination, service coordination, project coordination and handling, customer support and relationship, client co-ordination etc are encouraged.
Skills:
· Must be proficient in communicating in local or regional languages (English and Hindi)
· Experience in sales and service coordination, AMC & CMC handling, negotiation, sales and service quotation preparation etc.
Job overview:
A sales and service coordinator is responsible for attending sales and service calls from customers, attract new business and liaise in the entire process of sales and service done to the existing and potential customers of the company. He or she is also responsible for ensuring customers get the prompt and best service done or sales request is properly addressed.
Roles and responsibilities:
· Receive Sales and/or service calls from the customers through IVR and lodge service complaints in our system.
· Allocate Sales and/or service calls received from the customers to the sales and service engineers available and get the calls closed as per TAT. In case of service, allocate the calls to the concern service managers and ensure the customer needs met.
· Prepare quotation for the sales request from customer, explain to them about the unique feature of the company’s products and follow up with them to get the sales done.
· Should have strong negotiation skills and getting the sales done.
· Maintain TAT for all calls. (sales and service)
· Follow up and keep a track of AMC and CMC of the customers with service team.
· Prepare monthly reports on sales and services done and submit it to the management along with report on spares, service, AMC & CMC income.
· To provide AMC, CMC and warranty lost data.
· Should be able to handle projects as per customer requirements.
· To get feedback from the customers post sales or service done.
