Job Title: Service Coordinator

Experience – 1 to 3yrs

Preferred Candidates – Medical Equipment/Pharma/Healthcare

Salary – Upto 30K   

Key Responsibilities

·       Workflow Management: Schedule field engineers for installations, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs of distributed equipment.

·       Asset Lifecycle Tracking: Maintain a digital database of all installed equipment, tracking warranty status, service history, and software updates.

• Contract Management: Track Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC) to ensure renewals and compliance and track the renewal of service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Dispatching: Manage the incoming service calls, prioritizing urgent hospital breakdowns over routine checks.
• Documentation: Maintain service logs, compliance certificates, and history for every asset

·       Billing :Prepare quotes for spare parts and consumables.
