Job Description

Job Opening: Service Coordinator

Location: Ahmedabad,Gujarat
Experience: 0 to 1+years (Engg. Fresher Acceptable)
Qualification : Diploma/BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical)

Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Dispatch: Assign field technicians to maintenance, repair, or installation jobs based on technical skill sets, location, and urgency.
Work Order Management: Create and track service work orders (WOs) from initial customer inquiry to final invoicing, often using ERP or CRM software.
Technical Support Liaison: Provide technicians with necessary documentation, site access permits, and technical manuals to complete field tasks.
Parts & Inventory Coordination: Source and order spare parts for warranty claims or repairs; ensure technicians have necessary tools before heading to a job site.
Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for service status updates, technical inquiries, and resolution of aftermarket complaints.
Warranty & Service Agreements: Manage warranty claims, verify returns, and coordinate root cause analysis for recurring pump failures.
Reporting: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as response times, complaint closure rates, and service profitability
