Job Description
As Analyst -Lease Abstraction, you will be responsible for analysing and extracting critical information from commercial real estate lease documents, abstracting lease information into a database, and ensuring the accuracy of the abstracted data.
Ø Review and analyse complex lease documents to extract critical data including lease terms, rent schedules, renewal options, and tenant and landlord obligations
Ø Input lease data into a database, ensuring that it is accurate, complete and consistent with the lease document
Ø Identify and resolve discrepancies in lease data between the lease document and the database
Ø Ensure timely delivery of lease abstraction reports to clients
Ø Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations and best practices related to lease abstraction and commercial real estate leasing
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
Ø Graduate with 0-12 months of experience in F&A, Invoice review, commercial real estate or property management
Ø Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ø Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ø Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ø Experience of working in a BPO/Shared Services environment with exposure to Global Clients
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
