- Exp range: - Fresher
- Qualification: - B.Tech/B.E/ MCA/ or equivalent (60% throughout mandatory)
- Position-Multiple
- Skills :- Pl/sql
- Location : - Malviya Nagar, New Delhi (Job Location will be Gurgaon)
- Daily, weekly and monthly activities as defined for the project.
- IT infrastructure monitoring for the project.
- Resolve routine customer problem and issues.
- Log issue in incident management system.
- Create/update project related documents like user manual, troubleshooting, guide, training material etc.
- Follow up with Delivery on bugs/development related issues.
