Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
10+ years of experience in IT service delivery with expertise in Windows server, network devices, Backup, and firewalls
Certifications: Microsoft Certification (e.g., MCITP) and/or Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) preferred.
Technical Expertise:
Hands-on experience in managing network, switches, Access points , routers and ensuring network stability and connectivity.
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and desktop operating systems (10/11).
Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking, Group Policy, and Active Directory, Print Servers.
Familiarity with ITIL best practices, specifically in incident, change and problem management.
Good Knowledge in Office 365 and Cloud VDI management.
Experience in working with external vendors and managing third party services to ensure timely delivery and support.
Soft Skills:
Adaptable to dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage projects of varying complexity.
Positive, self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
Ability to communicate technical issues clearly with non-technical stakeholders and provide detailed documentation when needed..
Other Qualifications:
Flexibility to handle On-Call responsibilities and weekend maintenance as needed.
Strong troubleshooting skills for backbone infrastructure and network issues.
