About the Role
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for handling ZeaCRM operations and project delivery. Once the sales process is completed and a deal is converted, the responsibility includes assigning the project to the development team and ensuring smooth execution.
Key responsibilities
Managing and coordinating the developer team
Acting as a single point of contact between the client and the automation/development team
Ensuring timely project delivery and quality outcomes
Overseeing client communication and coordination
Focusing on client retention and long-term relationship management
This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and successful project delivery.
Skills
1. Basic knowledge of CRM or software tools
2. Team Management
3. Problem-Solving & Decision Making
4. Client Communication & Coordination
Additionally
1. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
2. Strong ability to bridge the gap between sales, clients, and technical teams
3. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, start up-style environment
4. Willingness to take ownership of delivery outcomes and client success
5. Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and client requirements
6. Experience in SaaS / CRM-based products will be an added advantage
7. Strong follow-up discipline and accountability mindset are essential
