Job Description
RSP = Route Service Partner / Delivery Service Partner at Kohler India, the role is generally part of the supply chain and delivery operations team.
Typical Responsibilities
Coordinate product deliveries to dealers, distributors, and customers.
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate with transporters, warehouses, and customers regarding delivery status.
Resolve delivery issues such as delays, damages, or shortages.
Maintain delivery records and update systems (SAP/ERP).
Monitor logistics KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery.
Handle customer escalations related to deliveries and dispatches.
Work with planning, warehouse, and customer service teams to improve delivery performance.
Skills Required
Logistics and supply chain knowledge.
SAP/ERP experience (especially order and delivery tracking).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving and customer-handling ability.
Excel and reporting skills.
