Your Role and Responsibilities
We build phenomenal products that our customers rely on so it’s important they are running at their best. As a Service Delivery Management, you will work with the latest software to keep moving business forward. Whether it’s our Engineering teams that need a test environment or our software running in production, we are seeking skilled systems management professionals ready for the challenge.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible of Configuration Management of Nokia Event and Instant link COTS product
• Responsible for L2 level troubleshoot of any incidents reported.
• Proactive trend analysis and reconciliation with upstream and downstream applications
• Cross functional coordination for patching, HA drill, DR drill and closure of security/compliance observations
• Operation acceptance testing for new roll outs
• Coordination with customer team for P1 tickets resolution and root cause analysis

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Minimum 4+ years in Service Delivery Management
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience required in IT operation/production support/COTS implementation with Nokia Event Link or Instant Link COTS
• Strong experience on implementation and operation of FMS COTS product
• Experience on IT Operations in complex client environment
• Experience of Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX/shell scripting
