Your Role and Responsibilities
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Basic Cloud knowledge is required.
- Hardware health checkup/Logs Collection
- Start/Stop, reboot OS as and when required.
- Storage Attachment and multi-pathing Configuration.
- Configuration of teaming, bonding, firewall and other network administration.
- Develop and maintain documentation about current environment setup, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
- Trouble shooting and problem data collection.
- Raise and track Service Requests with OEM.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Candidates on the L2 Category Should be having a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
- Candidates should have good verbal and written communication skills
- Candidates should be willing to work on 24x7 and on-call support during critical issues.
- Candidates should have eagerness to learn new technologies and skills
- He/She should be hardworking with strong work ethics and discipline.
