Job Description

  • Responsible to provide remote support to all desktop infrastructure relates requests or incidents for users remotely
  • Log calls via the appropriate call logging system and provide a high level of assistance to users.
  • Incident Management experience – Managing incidents including business expectations and communication
  • Basic Desktop Troubleshooting Experience on Hardware and Software
  • Avoiding service interruptions by performing system installations, updates, and maintenance procedures.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
  • Making recommendations to optimize IT performance and to prevent future problems.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met.
  • Keeping informed of advancements in IT.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • In-depth and current knowledge of computer programs and hardware.
