Job Description:

Receive Calls/incidents through Phone, Web, Email or Chat.
Log incidents in Ticketing tools and share the ticket number with the user.
Route incidents between a team and Follow till closure. Basic experience of customer handling.
Provide First Level troubleshooting based on SOP's.
Basic knowledge of email, office automation package usage , Window's Desktop OS.
Call Logging Logging, Tracking, Follow-up and Closure of calls.
Generation of Reports
