Job Description
Manage and co-ordinate the processing of incoming calls / tickets to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of incidents and requests
• Develop and implement ticket handling and escalation policies and procedures.
•Provide technical mentoring and coaching of team members where appropriate.
•Coordinating PAN India Engineers for call status and Handling BMC ticketing tool
•Working on an SLA based Response/resolution and monitoring ticketing tool.
•Coordinating PAN India Engineers for call status and Handling BMC ticketing tool.
•Coordinating with multiple vendors related to the IT equipment.
•VIP support escalated related issue handling and sanitizing the team accordingly.
