- Manage customers' accounts.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints with actions taken.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Follow up on customer interactions.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
