Responsibilities :
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
L1 service desk Phone, email, Chat and SSP
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent written communication skills with email etiquette
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent customer service skill
Ability to remain calm and courteous while facing irate customer or managing back-to-back calls
