Job Title: Service Data Analyst
Location: Bangalore, India
Experience: 3–5 years
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Data Analyst Analyst to support business decision-making through accurate,
timely, and insightful reporting. The role involves building dashboards, managing data models, automating reports, and
ensuring data quality across multiple systems. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and hands-on experience
with BI and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Dashboards
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and management review
Create advanced KPI reports to track business performance, trends, and exceptions
Translate business requirements into meaningful reports and visualizations
Data Management & Analysis
Perform data analysis to identify insights, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
Build and maintain data models to support scalable and efficient reporting
Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Automation & Optimization
Automate recurring reports and workflows using Power Automate
Optimize Power BI models and DAX measures for performance and usability
Continuously improving reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort
Tools & Collaboration
Use Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) for analysis and ad-hoc reporting
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data
Work with MS Access databases where required
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and recommend solutions

DAX (Measures, Calculated Columns, Performance Optimization)
Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query)
Python – Pandas, NumPy, data analysis, automation scripting.
SQL (Joins, Aggregations, Subqueries)
Tableau (Working knowledge)

Data Validation & Quality Checks
Core Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to handle multiple reports and deadlines
Good communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma with minimum 13 years of education.
Experience in MIS, Operations Reporting, Finance Reporting, or Supply Chain reporting
Exposure to large datasets and multi-source reporting environments
Understanding of KPI frameworks and performance management
Experience working in a global or cross-functional team.
