Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Incident Management: Logging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues (software, hardware, network, printers).
User Support: Providing technical support via phone, email, or in-person (L1/L2).
Onboarding/Offboarding: Setting up new user laptops, workstations, and network access.
System Maintenance: Performing software installations, updates, and configuration management.
Tool Usage: Managing tickets using platforms like ServiceNow and supporting Active Directory or Jamf.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Office 365, and networking basics.
Experience: Generally 1–5 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
Certifications: ITIL foundation certification is often preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and logical troubleshooting skills.
