Job Description

  • Provide excellent and efficient customer service to Biozed’s clients, along with technical training on products.
  • Repair, maintain, and install Biozed’s analytical instrumentation product line.
  • Travel throughout the territory to support and maintain sites where our instruments are deployed.
  • Train and support customers operating staff, who would operate and use our machines.
  • Document and report all repairs and product failures. When applicable provide recommendations on design changes and improvements.
  • Help with the development of preventative maintenance procedures for Biozed products

    • This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience to work in a customer facing setting who would like to advance their career! The employee will be primarily supporting the Gujarat and Maharashtra region and will be based out of Ahmedabad.
