Job Description
- Candidate must have two wheeler
- Candidate must be good in electrical knowledge.
- Responsible for Installation, demonstration, application support, commissioning & servicing of the equipment.
- Onsite technical service on urgent basis for Industrial UPS and Battery.
- Service, repair, and maintenance of Industrial UPS
- Annual and preventive maintenance.
- Call documentation.
- Analyze the technical defects and troubleshoot, responding to customer call-outs;
- evaluating and resolving problems;
- Assisting with the installation of equipment;
- Offering customer training;
- Repairing, testing and maintaining equipment
- Monitoring the performance of products
- Maintaining manuals;
- Attending Service breakdowns on time and closing them within set time frames.
- Retaining the Service relationship with Existing Customers.
- Increasing the business by promoting sales of spare parts & through AMC.
- Coordinating with customers for Warranty related claims.
- Troubleshooting technical queries of customers.
- Continuous up gradation of technical skills, knowledge on products.
- Service the machines at regular intervals.
- Regular touch with customer to ensure the smooth functioning of the equipment.
- Responsible for service revenue targets in terms of AMCS, spares.
- Support to sales team for technical discussion at Major Customers.
- Provide customer satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain records of work done for clients.
