Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, as well as providing technical support to clients. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment efficiency.
- Document service reports and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the technical team for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide feedback to the product development team for enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) or related field.
