Job Description
- ü Have to closely work with customers on the panel readiness for commissioning.
- ü Analysing and handling customer requirement,providing best solution according to customer needs by ensuring warranty details.
- ü Handle service material movements, Review and authorize for RDN and DN to supply of materials for service by ensuring warranty details.
- ü Regularly fallowing up with the customer by Handling customer queries and closing the issues timely.
- ü Coordinate with customer to maintain the required Critical spares at site.
- ü Proposing the client for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) ensuring warranty details.
- ü Generating the report and reporting to manager monthly wise.
- ü Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve customer service when delivering services.
- ü Manage complex or contentious service issues, cases and inspections and advise the Customer First team on less complex activity.
- ü Ensure the services are operationally performing to their service specifications to provide the best possible performance and response times.
- ü Proactively develop skills and knowledge in additional areas to provide flexibility within the Commercial Services team.
- ü Undertake other duties as may be reasonably required.
- ü To effectively manage, lead and give day to day updates to the staff in an organisational structure most appropriate to deliver the services covered by this role.
- ü To have responsibility for ensuring that all aspects of commercial relationships are responsive and well-managed, establishing and responding to systematic client and user feedback.
- ü Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of the key customers/target audience to ensure that their needs are being met and that their business is retained.
- ü Understanding the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable commercial opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
- ü Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team and responding politely and in a timely fashion to customers.
