Job Description
Job Summary
- Required a Field Service Engineer, Who is young & Energetic willing to learn & work as Fresher or Junior in Service Department.
- Sound Technical Knowledge and Logical Skills Ready to understand and analyze problems
- Should be able to handle customer grievances and queries efficiently thus maintaining Customer Satisfaction and Relationship
- Maintaining the records of Service
- Packing & Unpacking the PCB consignment boxes
- Handling all couriers inward & outward, direct receiving & dispatches of PCB's.
- Diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics, Fresher or up to 1 year of Experience in PCB repair
- Good English Communication and Writing Skills.
- Ability to understand & speak local south Indian languages will be added advantage
- The candidate should have own Two Wheeler.
- Willing to travel extensively in Karnataka state
- Willing to learn new things and face challenges.
