Job Description

- Designation- Sr. Service Engineer
- Qualification- BSc in chemisrty/ BSc in any specialisation/ Diploma in Chemical engg.
- Candidates having knowledge of water treatment and water testing will be preferred.
- Supervision on field activities of service technicians.
- Monthly visit plan of service technicians.
- Schedule monthly work and execution according to it.
- Improvements in existing product design and its performance.
- Maintain detailed record of reports and client data.
- Communication with clients for troubleshooting if any.
- Mail correspondence with clients.
- Inspection of all the machines and make reports for the management that whether or not new machines are required.
