Job Description
- We have an immediate need for competent and dedicated professionals to join our Technical team.
- Handle service operations of multi-functional devices pertaining to copiers, currency machines, fitness sorters, laminators, shredders
- Demonstration, installation, maintenance, repairing and key operating training of MFD’s to customers
- Provide technical support to customers
- Handle Customer Complaints
- Identify and resolve client concerns
- Generate service revenue through service contracts
- Maintain and establish current and potential client relationships
- Post sales maintenance of all the products of existing customers
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar profile is preferred
- Office automation industry experience will be an added advantage
- B.E. / B. Tech / I.T.I / Diploma in Electronics & Communication with 50 % or above marks
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Good Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate technical issues / concerns
- Ability to sense the Industry practices
- Self motivated
- Fresher can be consider but only diploma holders not V B.E/B.TECH
