Job Description

We have an immediate need for competent and dedicated professionals to join our Technical team.

Responsibilities:

Handle service operations of multi-functional devices pertaining to copiers, currency machines, fitness sorters, laminators, shredders
Demonstration, installation, maintenance, repairing and key operating training of MFD’s to customers
Provide technical support to customers
Handle Customer Complaints
Identify and resolve client concerns
Generate service revenue through service contracts
Maintain and establish current and potential client relationships
Post sales maintenance of all the products of existing customers
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar profile is preferred
Office automation industry experience will be an added advantage
B.E. / B. Tech / I.T.I / Diploma in Electronics & Communication with 50 % or above marks
Good Interpersonal skills
Good Communication and presentation skills
Ability to communicate technical issues / concerns
Ability to sense the Industry practices
Self motivated
Fresher can be consider but only diploma holders not V B.E/B.TECH
