Job Description
· Install, calibrate, and commission medical equipment at hospitals & clinics. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in line with company standards and OEM guidelines.
· Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide timely solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
· Maintain detailed service reports, documentation, and maintenance logs as per regulatory norms.
· Ensure compliance with healthcare safety standards and electrical/mechanical safety protocols.
· Coordinate with OEMs or internal teams for advanced troubleshooting, spare parts, and upgrades.
· Stay updated with latest product technologies and service procedures.
· Willingness to travel frequently to healthcare facilities and client sites. two wheeler mandatory with license
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronic, or pneumatic systems depending on the industry.
Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and circuit diagrams.
Knowledge of diagnostic and testing tools.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication with customers and team members.
Customer Service Orientation: Friendly, patient, and attentive to customer needs.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage on-site and remote support efficiently.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting heavy parts, working at heights, or in confined spaces.
