Job Description
Service engineer will visit customer site to install, Repair and commission our equipment.
Also will look after the technical work in factory
Preferred candidate profile :
Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or mechatronics engineering .
BSc/MSc Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Electronics.
Should be interested in learning new technology and to have hands on work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning:
-
Install new equipment or systems at customer sites in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety regulations.

Configure and calibrate equipment for proper functioning.

Conduct system tests and trial runs to verify performance.
-
Provide demonstrations and initial training to customers after installation.

Maintenance and Repair:
-
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and reduce breakdowns.

Diagnose and troubleshoot faults or malfunctions using diagnostic tools and schematics.

Carry out repairs or replace defective parts, components, or software.

Maintain accurate service records, including details of repairs, parts used, and customer feedback.

Customer Support:

Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues reported by clients.

Provide on-site and remote support to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

Offer technical advice and guidance to customers regarding the proper use of equipment.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, effective service.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of service visits, including time spent, tasks completed, and materials used.

Submit regular service reports to the service manager or technical team.

Document recurring issues to help inform design improvements and product development.

Training and Knowledge Sharing:

Train end-users or maintenance staff on the safe and efficient operation of equipment.

Share feedback and insights from the field with the R&D or quality assurance teams.

Stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry trends.

Compliance and Safety:

Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations while working on customer sites.

Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and used safely.

Follow company and industry-standard practices for installation, repair, and maintenance.
