Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation & Configuration
-
Carry out site preparation, cable laying, mounting, and physical installation of systems like CCTV cameras, fire detectors, access control devices, and PA systems.

Configure control panels, servers, and network devices for Fire Alarm Systems (e.g., addressable & conventional), CCTV NVRs/DVRs, EPABX, and access management software.

Ensure systems are installed as per manufacturer specifications, industry standards (e.g., NBC, NFPA), and client safety protocols.
2. System Programming & Commissioning

Program control panels, devices, and software to meet project-specific functionality.

Conduct system checks, functional testing, and fine-tuning before final handover.

Document commissioning reports and get client sign-off after successful demonstration.
3. Troubleshooting & Support
-
Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting for hardware or software issues post-installation.

Perform preventive maintenance and service checks as per service contracts.
-
Coordinate with OEMs or internal R&D teams for resolving complex technical issues.
4. Client Coordination
-
Interact directly with client technical teams, site engineers, and managers for requirements, clarifications, and status updates.

Train end users on system usage, basic troubleshooting, and safety protocols.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through professional service and timely completion.
5. Reporting & Documentation
-
Maintain detailed service logs, commissioning reports, and site visit documentation.

Submit daily/weekly reports on progress, site challenges, and material requirements.

Follow internal SOPs for service documentation, escalation, and spare requests.
