Require Service engineer who will be responsible for Water Purifier Service.

Field work like Erection and commissioning of Ro plant, water softener, iron Removal plant and etc.

Sales and service of all kind of water treatment products like above mentioned.

Install water purifier and troubleshooting at customer residence

Repair and maintenance of water purifier

Advise customers on installation set up

Installing and servicing water softeners and filters from almost every spectrum

Conducting accurate in-home needs assessments and corresponding analysis

Provide customer tech support on water treatment systems & Building trust and rapport with customers

Demonstrating uncompromising customer service and exhibiting outstanding communication skills

Resolving concerns and eliminating obstacles

Communicating with homeowners and educating them on various water treatment solutions

Participating in ongoing training, development and certifications

Partnering with cross-functional departments to accomplish mutual objectives

Good people and communication skills & communicating and sharing best practices

Explaining the products and services offered by Perfect Water

Building rapport with customers to establish credibility and add value to the relationship

Displaying strong handyman capabilities and technical skills

Utilizing an education-based approach to articulate value of our products and services

Maintaining customer activity process and communication through our CRM System
