Responsible for Installation, servicing and maintaining of Heat Treatment Furnace at customers’ site.

Requirements:

A competent candidate (Speciallized in Heat Treatment Furnace) with Qualification of B.E or B.Tech or Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) with 4 to 5 years of experience in respective field.
Candidate should ready to work as Service Engineer in all customers’ site in different locations of India.
Installation , servicing and maintaining Heat Treatment furnace like : Sealed Quench Furnaces, Endo-Gasgenerator, Nitriding Furnace, Preheatiung and Tempering Furnaces, Washer, Loader and Uniloader and other Furnace like Vacuum Furnace (If possible).
Various MIS preparation.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with people at all levels.
Possess strong organizational, time management skills and strong computer skills.
Able to handle Technician and the workmen with high initiative and self-motivation.
Proficiency in local language.
Ability to work for long hours.

Additional Requirements (If possible) :

Install VFE and TAV make vacuum Furnaces.
Calibrate different type of vacuum gauges.
Refurbished hot zone.
Perform system accuracy test (SAT) , Temperature uniformity Test (TUS) .
Furnace leak up test with helium leak detector, Pump’s performance etc. As per furnace specification.
Refurbished and upgrade control system.
General maintenance of Roughing Pump, Booster pump & holding pump.
Complete maintenance of Diffusion pump.
Start up activities like civil layout checking utilities follow up like N2, Water, Power, acetone etc. Interconnecting cable checking with the help of electrical drawing.
PLC programming and modifications – Siemens S7(S7-300 V5.4 & V5.5) winc, Allen Bradley PLC (SLC 500, Controllogix, Compaclogix), factory falk view.
