Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring Service Engineers for multiple locations across Coimbatore, Tirunelveli, Erode, and Nagercoil to work on security system installations and maintenance at Reliance Retail stores. The role involves installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems, access control systems, and fire alarm systems. Immediate joiners with relevant experience are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning:
-
Install and configure security systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, intrusion detection, and biometric systems.

Ensure proper alignment, cabling, and system integration at site locations.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
-
Conduct routine maintenance and preventive checks for installed systems.
-
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
-
Provide on-site support to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

Client Coordination:
-
Coordinate with Reliance Retail store managers and staff for scheduling service visits.

Explain basic system functions and usage to end-users after installation or service.

Maintain a professional and customer-oriented attitude at all times.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain detailed service records, checklists, and daily activity reports.

Submit installation and service completion reports to the head office or project manager.

Update service logs and issue tickets in the tracking system, if required.

Travel & Site Support:
-
Visit assigned retail stores across designated regions for service support.

Ensure timely resolution of any technical issues during or after installation.
