Job Description

Experience Required: 0-1 years (E-commerce / FMCG / Healthcare preferred)
Salary Range: 1.8 to 2 LPA (based on interview)
Job Summary:
A Vending Machine Service Engineer will have to install, maintain, and repair vending machines. The role involves technical troubleshooting, customer interaction, and ensuring machines run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:ü Install and set up vending machines at client sites
ü Perform routine maintenance and inspections
ü Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or digital issues
ü Upgrade software and hardware components
ü Assist with machine refilling and testing
ü Provide basic training and support to customers
ü Record service details using digital tools
ü Follow safety and quality standards.
Educational Qualification:
ü ITI diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics preferred
ü 0-1 years in technical servicing (vending, coffee, or refrigeration machines preferred)
ü Valid driver’s license and two-wheeler for field roles
Technical Skillsü Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
ü Basic electronics, sensors, motors
ü Familiarity with UPI/card payment systems
ü Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
ü Basic computer literacy
ü Strong problem-solving and communication
ü Attention to detail and time management
ü Customer-friendly attitude
