Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns
2. Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively
3. Following up on service requests and providing customer feedback
4. Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures
5. Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment
6. Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use
7. Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements
8. Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed
9. Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments
10. Writing reports and presenting findings to managers and supervisors on a regular basis
