Job Description
· Knowledge of Tally.ERP 9
· Spoken proficiency in local language
· Basic accounting knowledge
Graduate in Commerce· Identify prospects by lead generation on the field like a reference from CA, existing customers etc.
· Coordinate with sales resource or tele-caller to fix appointments for installations/implementations/troubleshooting etc.
· Understand requirements of the business, and fulfil them using Tally.ERP 9
· Identify customization/training requirements from the new prospect
· Installation of Tally at new customer site along with basic training
· Implementation/troubleshooting on the product, and data
