Job Description
- Ice cream scooping, preparing products as per menu, Like - Mocktails, Milkshakes, Coffee, Sundaes etc.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe, customer service, maintaining a positive and a vibrant environment at the cafe, any other work that may be required at the cafe.
- Serve customers in a fast, efficient and friendly manner
- Follow guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control
- Provide customers with information regarding availability and pricing
- Escalate customer concerns and complaints to management
- Assist customers with paying for products
- Able to function as customer relations and handle customer reservations
- Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Manager
