Job Description
Machine service & maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Installation & Commissioning:

Install Machines: Ensure the proper installation of machines at customer sites according to technical specifications and customer requirements.

Commission Machines: Carry out the commissioning process for newly installed machines, ensuring they are fully operational and meet the manufacturer’s specifications.

Pre-Installation Setup: Verify that the installation environment meets all requirements (e.g., electrical, mechanical, space, and safety) prior to machine installation.

Machine Testing: Conduct rigorous testing of the machine after installation to ensure it is functioning correctly and efficiently.

Machine Service & Maintenance:

Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance of machines, ensuring they continue to operate smoothly and efficiently.

Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks to avoid breakdowns and ensure long-term performance of the equipment.

Repairs: Address and resolve any mechanical or electrical faults that occur during the service life of the machines.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose machine issues and provide effective solutions on-site to minimize downtime and disruptions to customer operations.

Customer Support & Satisfaction:

Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on-site, offering professional, courteous, and effective communication throughout the service process.

On-Site Problem Solving: Provide technical support and solutions to any problems or challenges the customer may face with the machine.

Achieve Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers are satisfied with the installation, commissioning, and ongoing service by offering solutions that meet their needs.

Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback on the service provided and communicate any concerns or issues to the company.

Daily Reporting: Provide the company with daily updates on the progress of installations, maintenance, and service activities.

Technical Reports: Create detailed reports about machine performance, repairs conducted, and any parts replaced or repaired.

Service Logs: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including the time taken for each service, the nature of the problem, and solutions implemented.

Timely Response & Support:

On-Time Support: Ensure timely arrival at customer sites and deliver services within agreed timeframes.

Emergency Support: Respond quickly to emergency service requests or breakdowns, ensuring that machines are up and running as soon as possible.

After-Service Support: Provide follow-up service to ensure that machines are functioning optimally after maintenance or repairs.

Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards while working on-site, ensuring both personal and customer safety.
