Job Description

SERVICE EXECUTIVE-(NO SALES) 20K to 40K
Location: Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Goa, and all over India

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Work will be assigned through the Agent App based on the Pin Codes you provide.

● Visit Existing Merchants and Update Merchant PAN Card Details.

● Provide Technical Support to resolve issues with products.

● Sound Box Picks up and Onboards New Merchants.

REQUIREMENTS
● Must Own an Android Smartphone & a two-wheeler.

Skills:

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or regional languages (depending on the location).
Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer queries and provide clear explanations.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to handle customer issues efficiently and provide appropriate solutions.
Ability to manage difficult or irate customers and ensure satisfaction.

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of digital payments, mobile wallets, and online transactions.
Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and knowledge of online support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).
Familiarity with app and services is an advantage.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous attention to detail when handling customer information, transactions, and troubleshooting issues.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer cases simultaneously.
