Service Installation Executive - Rigger
Job Description
Required Service Installation Executive - Rigger
10th or 12th Pass.
Willing to Travel.
ESI + PF.
Bike mandatory.
PF, Travel Allowance (TA), Petrol Allowance, Mobile Allowance, ESI (ESIC)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation of Equipment
-
Carry out the installation of antennas, radio units, access points, cables, mounting brackets, and related hardware at tower or rooftop sites.

Assemble and erect towers, masts, and poles as per installation drawings and engineering guidelines.

Install and secure cabling, connectors, and lightning protection systems with proper insulation and weatherproofing.

Align antennas and radio equipment to achieve desired signal levels and quality.
2. Field Operations & Maintenance
-
Perform routine and preventive maintenance of towers, cables, and installed devices.

Troubleshoot and rectify issues such as poor signal quality, misalignment, or damaged components.

Replace or repair faulty antennas, connectors, or other infrastructure hardware.

Conduct site inspections and safety audits to ensure structural stability and compliance.
3. Safety Compliance
-
Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and guidelines during tower climbing and equipment handling.

Use proper safety gear including helmets, harnesses, gloves, and fall protection systems at all times.

Participate in safety drills, toolbox talks, and training programs provided by the company.

Immediately report unsafe conditions or incidents to the safety officer or supervisor.
4. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks performed.

Submit site survey reports, checklists, and job completion reports to supervisors.

Take and share photos or videos of completed work for documentation and client approval.

Track inventory usage and request necessary tools or materials in advance.
5. Client Interaction & Support
-
Coordinate with clients, site engineers, and property owners for site access and installation permissions.

Provide basic technical guidance to customers regarding equipment usage or post-installation procedures.

Ensure that all work is completed to client satisfaction and within agreed timelines.
6. Travel and Site Readiness
-
Travel to various installation sites, which may include rural, urban, or remote areas.

Assess site readiness and verify that necessary infrastructure like power supply and mounting structures are in place.

Prepare and carry tools, materials, and safety gear needed for each site visit.
