Job Overview
A Service Marketing Executive in the automobile industry is responsible for promoting after-sales services, increasing customer retention, generating service leads, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and customer engagement activities to boost service center revenue and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
1. Service Promotion & Lead Generation

Promote after-sales services like vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, extended warranties, and maintenance packages.

Generate qualified leads through various marketing channels, including digital platforms, telecalling, field visits, and referrals.

Upsell and cross-sell value-added services to increase service center revenue.

Collaborate with the sales team to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

Conduct follow-up calls for service reminders, vehicle maintenance, and promotional offers.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

3. Marketing Campaigns & Events

Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to promote service offerings.

Coordinate with vendors for posters, banners, and marketing materials.

Partner with dealerships, insurance companies, and automobile accessories vendors for joint promotions.
4. Digital Marketing & Social Media Promotions

Promote service offers and packages on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

Run targeted online ads to attract potential customers.

Update company websites and portals with new service packages and offers.

Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare periodic reports.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

6. Coordination with Internal Teams
