Job Description
- 2+ years minimum of experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Extensive experience configuring the ServiceNow platform (Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, Access Controls ACLs, Roles, User Administration, Workflow, MID Servers, etc.)
- Service Now integration experience with 3rd party applications using SOAP, REST webservices
- Experience with Service Portal configuration along with development of the widgets as per the requirement.
- Experience with XML, HTML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap and AngularJS frameworks
- Maintain and support existing configurations on the platform along with platform stability
- Follow Service now best practices while implementing enhancements.
- Manage support queue, resolve Incidents assigned to the group.
- Manage the version upgrade of the Service now platform and work on the issues found during upgrade.
