1) Service Now lead a Total experience in Software services tech Digital
2) Experience in REST APIs is a MUST and Good understanding of Service Catalog Portal Studio
3) Workflows and Business Rules are Highly desirable Frontend skills with Java Script Angular and or React
4) Service Now Developer or Support or integration engineer roles for any of the module of service now
5) Experience in integrating Service Now system with other systems that exist in the environment using APls
6) Highly desirable Any experience in GRC and IRM modules of Service Now
7) Workplace Service Delivery, Application Integration, Secure Code Review Report
8) Proficiency in ServiceNow Reporting and administration of Service Now including requirements gathering and testing
9) Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively both verbally and in writing.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes anticipating requirements uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions Performing requirements analysis.
- Define solutions scope Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders perform root cause analysis and producing useful reports
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Making risks visible and provide crucial decision support Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Developing Requirements work plan and Business Requirements Document Monitoring deliverables
- validating requirements and supports testing Facilitate Deliverables Acceptance Experience
- Proven ability to interact with customers at all levels within an organization to successful interpret and understand business needs and asks into technical requirements
- Strong analyticaI skills with ability to map business requirements into required functional components
- Expert knowledge of business analysis and its application to Agile and SDLC development lifecycles HR Domain Expertise on IT solutions for implementations
- Understanding of HR business practices and the various functions
