Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for someone who will act as a champion for our company growth as we build a diverse and high-performance team.

Responsibilities: You would have following Roles and Responsibilities as a part of our Operations team:

• Managing shipment documentation as per individual customers' SOPs for FCL Exports

• Co-ordinating with service provider for documentation (SI filing, BL release, Vendor Payment, etc.)

• Upload and manage the Documents on Cogoport as procured from the suppliers

• Ensure data accuracy for uploaded documents, ensuring zero loss due to errors in documentation

• Follow policies, procedures, standards, and ensure compliance with transport regulations

• Review Work Instructions periodically and update as required to reflect changes and ensure compliances

• Communicate with stakeholders across functions to clarify the doubts in order to maintain documentation sanctity
Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Any graduate degree/ post graduate degree (Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage)

• Work Experience: Documentation experience is preferred.

• Knowledge and certifications: Prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities would be an advantage.

• Excellent eye for details, process-orientation and business acumen
