Then come in and join our  team as a  Service Operation team leader  for  laboratory  business

Execute all service activities assigned to him/her, which are coordinated 

via the Customer Care Center, in an adequate and appropriate manner. 

It will include all service incidents, installation, preventive maintenance 

and system modification on demand 

• Perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates 

of all products within his/her area of expertise and assisting with 

other products under supervision 

• Communicating and accept all operative advice from the 

Customer Care Center. 

• Supporting the Server Service process and ensure optimal 

performance in all process activities related to within his/her area 

of responsibility 

• Escalate incidents according to the defined parameters and inform 

The Customer care Center on all escalation issues  

• Inform Up-time Service Center on all escalation issues 

• Report any customer complaints with proper documentation to 

the CCC 

Education & Training 

5-10 year of work experience of  Laboratory Diagnostic product line with University degree in BE/ BTech in Electronic, Instrumentation, Bio-Medical Or Electronic & Communications .
