Designation: Service Profile - Operations
1. Assist with customer support and service operations
2. Help resolve customer queries and issues through phone support
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience

5. Assist with other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, management, or graduated
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service
