Job Description
1. Their primary business is in Water Purifiers & Kitchen chimneys.
2. Propello territory focus is in East India - West Bengal, Orissa, Bihar, North East. Now expanding in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttrakhand. In South India - Propello is second best after Kutchina.
3. Requirement of 150 service technicians with experience of 1.6 years to 2 years, they need not be from the same trade. The gross wage range is Rs.10,450 to Rs.12,500/-, plus incentives, average incentives will be Rs.750 to Rs.1450. (5% plus minus can happen). They are fine with under graduates as well, they will not say to graduate candidates as well.
6. Locations mentioned - North Kolkata, North 24 Paragnas, Barrackpore, Nadia (Krishnanagar, Chakdaha, Ranaghat), South Kolkata (Hooghly, Midnapore), Berhampore, Assam, Orissa.
7. Need a minimum 7-10 temp staff deployed in each area. At least, 1 person to be deployed in each area as soon as possible.
